Here at The Vibe, we focus on helping others improve their physical and mental health. We strive to maintain a peaceful environment for all of our members.
What is Barre?
Barre is a low-impact fitness class that usually consist of simple exercises with little to no weight and high reps.
What do I wear?
You should wear pants, leggings or capris that you are comfortable in, a top that covers your midriff, and either socks or you can take the class with bare feet.
What do I need to bring?
We’ll have all the equipment you’ll need at the studio, so just bring a bottle of water, your own mat if you'd like, possibly a sweat towel, and a positive attitude! We do ask that you not bring your cell phones into class with you, as this can be distracting to the coach as well as members. You are free to leave your phone in our lobby area if you'd like.
